Order & File Prep

What file format should I upload? PDF (with crop marks and bleed) is preferred for print. PNG or JPG at 300 DPI works for most products. Vector files (AI, SVG, EPS) are best for logos and signage.

What is bleed? Bleed is extra image area beyond the trim line, typically 0.125" on each side. It prevents white edges if the cut shifts during finishing.

Do you offer design help? Yes — visit our managed services page or contact us for design assistance.

Turnaround & Shipping

How fast can I get my order? Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days plus shipping. Rush options are available at checkout for most products.

Where do you ship? We ship anywhere in the US and Canada. International shipping available on request.
