Because most of our products are custom-printed or personalized to your specifications, our return policy differs from standard retail. Please read carefully before placing an order.
Custom Print Products
All custom print orders (business cards, banners, brochures, apparel, signage, engraved items, etc.) are produced specifically for you and are final sale. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for custom orders that match the approved proof and arrived in good condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged in transit, contains a printing defect, or does not match your approved proof, we will reprint or refund your order at no cost. To qualify:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos clearly showing the damage or defect
- Email [email protected] with your order number
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they enter production. Once we have started printing or have submitted your file to our printing partner, the order cannot be canceled. Production typically begins within 1–4 hours of order placement.
Marketing & Web Services
Monthly managed marketing services may be canceled at any time with 30 days' written notice. Setup fees, work already performed, and pre-paid third-party costs (ad spend, software, hosting, domains) are non-refundable.
Shipping Errors
If we ship the wrong product, we will reship the correct product at our expense and arrange return shipping for the incorrect item.
How to Request a Refund or Reprint
Email [email protected] with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We respond to refund and reprint requests within 1 business day.
